You can easily access and edit your customers' payment method using the Rebilly app. This will come in handy for your support staff to handle payment method update requests from your customers.

How to View Your Customer’s Payment Method

To view your customer’s payment method, simply go to the “Customer” section on the left-side menu then click on the appropriate customer name. You can use filters to find the right customer easily.

Once you are on the customer’s profile, go to the “Payment Instrument” section and click the “Manage” button. You will see the full list of payment methods attached to this customer.

How to Add a New Payment Method

Once you’re in the “Manage Payment Instruments” section, click on “Add New” and enter the new payment method information. Don’t forget to save the new payment method and you should see it appear in the Payment Instruments list.

How to Update a Card’s Expiration Date

You can also update a card’s expiration date in the “Manage Payment Instruments” section. To do so, click the “Update Exp.” button and choose the new date.

How to Update the Default Primary Payment Method

You can update a new payment method to be the default primary payment method in the same “Manage Payment Instruments”. Select the button “Set as Primary” at the bottom of the new payment card -that’s it!
